Meadows Greyhound Family

I have had pets since I was a little girl, growing up with a westie, and now have a family of my own with kids aged 5 and 8 and a lovely greyhound named Jake. I can offer walking, boarding and sitting from Tuesday to Sunday. My kids will join us for holiday and weekend walks and are very dog friendly. We live in a large airy flat on the third floor near the Grassmarket, only 4 minutes from the meadows. Being centrally placed we enjoy wandering up to Bruntsfield, Arthur’s Seat, our veggie box and along the canal, although our most popular haunt is the meadows. Our own dog is very quiet and chilled out, having surprise greyhound zoomies before lying down again! He is a good match for dogs that need calm and don’t want someone up in their face. Visiting doggy friends have plenty of comfortable sofas and cushions to roach on in the lounge. During August we have fireworks going off at the castle nearby and a bit of noise from the BBC, however, we have Adaptil plug-ins plugged in and never leave dogs alone in the evening. We have a lovely front garden space contained by railings which we often lounge in and can let bigger dogs off the lead in. Across the road there is also grass for quick night pees and we are well placed for lots of walks. Please not that we only accept neutered males, child and dog friendly dogs and will always walk on the lead.
