A second family for your furry friends

Our family of 7 loves animals. We have always had pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, hamsters, fish and a friendly bearded dragon) We live in a country village next door to a farm. We have a large fenced garden (but the fencing isn’t great for extreme escape artists - they would need to be on a lead) and plenty of quiet country paths to walk on. Our youngest child is 6 and all 5 of them love animals and have been raised to be kind and caring with them. We currently have outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs and there are many friendly farm cats that hang around the house. We can’t have a dog of our own at the moment because of the long term commitment but we would love to care for some other doggie friends. I (mum) would be the primary care giver but the kids would all be involved.
