About Lucy
I know what it feels like to care, love, cry and hate having a dog 😂 I grew up with a boxer, who not only raided the fridge and eat whatever he could get his hands on but he was the most kind, caring and absolutely bonkers dog you would ever know. Looking after dogs not only gives me that happiness of feeling loved again but it reminds me of what companionship is and it reminds me of the times I cherished before he had passed away.
My past experience with dogs is I had looked after my mums aunties dog, Marley, who is absolutely adorable. He loved to be snuggled up in blankets sleeping beside me and loved to rest his head upon my legs. Me and my mum would always make sure he was well fed, had plenty of water and fresh air and he enjoyed the little run arounds in the park we have down stairs in our flats. We have also looked after my mums friends German Shepherd Storm who was quite a hand full due to the fact he didn’t like being away from his owner but once we played a few games with him and he had eaten he was very occupied and happy.
I don’t have any sort of dog toys or dog food however there’s a shop just around the corner that sells some delicious treats so it’s easy for me to just pop round there to buy some.
