Experienced and caring pet sitter

I grew up with a dog back at home before I moved to London and she is the most important thing to me and my family. I am a dog and animal lover, and would really enjoy connecting with animals whilst I am living in London through this service. My experience is predominantly with dogs, but I have looked after cats and birds before, and I also have pet chickens at home (although I’m not sure if this experience will come in handy in London!) Please get in touch and I will be happy to talk through the service arrangement with you and find the best possible situation for you and your pet. I am working hybrid at the moment in environmental law so I can be very flexible. During a sitting, I would care for a dog however you would prefer as the owner. Typically I try to recreate the same conditions as at home for the dog, so meal times and meal content, walk times and duration, where they sleep etc, but I am happy to discuss this with the owner and create a more personalised service for each dog. I am living right next to a big park so there will be plenty of walkies! I am living in a smoke-free duplex flat with three other girls who are also pet lovers. There is a cat who lives here, belonging to one of my housemates. My availability is flexible. I am a hybrid worker in environmental law so I can make sure I am working from home on the days which suit better. I started pet sitting when I was in high school for people in the area, which allowed me to build a rapport with both the pet and the owner. I would like to recreate that here as it’s so nice for all parties involved (especially the dog) to have a familiar place! I unfortunately had to stop dog sitting during my university years as I was in a new city and Covid had just hit but I am very keen to continue here in London :) I am living right next to a big park (Southwark Park) so there will be plenty of opportunities for nice long walks! I am living in a smoke-free duplex flat with three other girls who are also pet lovers. There is a cat who lives here, belonging to one of my housemates. As mentioned, I will discuss with the owner their preferences for where the dog sleeps, but there is a living room or my bed/bedroom.
