Poika is a very dopey loving boy, he used to protect and adore our late pup ruby (she was a cavalier King Charles spaniel) But since a puppy he has been territorial and has been very wary of other dogs since he was attacked on a walk by a very small dog, lucky we could intervene quickly despite the other dog being off lead, and no serious injuries were caused but he has been very wary of other dogs since, he won’t be involved in any netting of other dogs for this reason. He has mobility issues now that he’s older and has torn a cruciate ligament last year resulting in a major surgery, but we have helped him learn to walk again and cared for him and given him extra love and all the attention ( even thought he got that anyway!) and we’ve built up his muscles again so he can run around and play fetch again!!
