Pauline provided daily updates and pictures / videos, allowed Tia to be herself and really embedded her within her family. She is friendly and took the time to ask detailed questions about Jarvis's routine, dietary needs, and personality quirks.
During his stay, she engaged Jarvis in various activities, including walks in the nearby park and playtime in her backyard.

We’re more than happy to do a meet & greet with Luna before the stay and were very flexible with our arrangements.
