“Matilda was amazing looking after my very anxious Labrador who we had never left before, for one week. From the outset she was responsive in her communication and very patient in understanding the needs of my dog including coming to meet them in their own environment first, and was completely accommodating in this regard. I received updates through messages and pictures within hours of dropping off and throughout the week, which completely put us at ease and it was very clear that Matilda and her wider family were taking very good care of our Lab and understood how to handle anxious dogs. I very much appreciated Matilda asking my permission to look after another dog for one night during our dog’s stay, which showed how much she genuinely cares about the pets in her care. I have no hesitation in recommending Matilda and will definitely use her services again. Thank you Matilda!”

She would always reply quickly and also give me feedback on how Skye was doing (with pictures!) by far the best dog sitter I have had.
