We first fostered Tobey at the beginning of this year, his owner hit hard times and couldn't cope but did want him back.. we looked after him for 5 months.. we handed him back but unfortunately things haven't improved for his owner and we have taken Tobey back.. Luckily Nero accepted Tobey into our home but Tobey likes to be in charge.. he loves company and lots of cuddles (may suffer separation anxiety) but is really happy when he has two walks a day (on lead) and fed twice a day.. he is really good with other dogs and people
