Dog owner: 15 years experience

Hello! I am Emma and I have had dogs all my life. Currently have a 2 year old border terrier boy called Vinnie. I take him on lots of different walks, do various enrichment activities and make sure he has cuddles. Any dog that I take care of will be treated the same. I will make sure they get the exercise they need and want, sometime a walk round the park doesn’t do the trick so I have lots of woodland and very remote areas in my pocket just in case. I do think this is important as dog need the time to just be a dog and run around with their friends I work part time and fully remote. My job allows me to get my work done in the morning to then focus on the dogs. I will always pay attention to their body language so I can make sure they are outside enough and home when they are showing the signal that they want space and a nap. I do a lot of on going training with Vinnie as he loves learning, this is something (with permission) I do with the dogs that I take care of too. It add another layer to their day and makes it exciting for them. Always had dogs and more than use to the day to day of dog care. Been walking and boarding dogs for about a year now on a different platform. I have a few regular dogs that come to stay over and others that I keep for daycare I live in a ground floor 2 bed spacious flat with a fenced back garden and a larger private shared garden. We have a 3/4 sleeping areas in the flat and an enrichment space for the dogs. Vinnie loves dogs in the flat and does not care if other dogs are playing with his toys, he just loves the company
