About Craig
I had my own dog growing up and then spent alot of time throughout uni dog walking and pet sitting for neighbours. I absolutely loved it so now going full time!
Being around dogs always makes me so happy and I genuinely just really enjoy spending time with them, finding what makes them happy, going out on walks and having a good time with them! None of these things are ever going to be a chore for me and it's just the best thing imaginable to be able to do this as my full time job!
I'm very aware of dogs body language and always sensitive to how they're feeling and what they need to keep them happy and avoid any issues.
Since I am now doing this full time I can give your dog my complete love and attention with no distractions! I will be with daycare dogs the whole time they are here and for boarded dogs I will only be gone for short periods of time if I need to pop out the shops or attend an appointment etc.
I am available Monday to Friday and most weekends.
Please see my calendar for weekend availability.
Very flexible so can often accommodate last minute bookings!
I can also accommodate and enjoy longer stays of a month or more.
Pick up and drop off is possible for a fee of £10.
There are usually 2 or 3 dogs present at any given time. The maximum there would ever be in my home is 4 but this is only when I have dogs that are all comfortable and well behaved in bigger groups.
I live in a ground floor flat with a back door to my small fenced off garden which dogs can have access to whenever they like.
I'm always very conscious to make sure that all the dogs in my care are always safe and happy.
Fully insured for boarding, doggy daycare and dog walking.
I love playing games with toys in the house, going for long walks in the blackford hills or the Pentlands, shorter walks to the park and cuddles in the house. I like to adjust my day to the needs of the particular dog for example make sure energetic dogs get to burn off their energy or dogs that get easily bored have a fun game like "find the toy" to put their mind towards. Then when they want to chill make sure they have a relaxed and calming environment to lie down and rest in too.
Please let me know of anything I should be aware of about your particular dog. Anything they don't like or anything which can be an issue for them so I know to avoid it.
Please let me know if they have any issues with other dogs, I do sometimes take anxious dogs and dogs with more challenging behaviours but I need to know ahead of time so that I don't have other dogs around them that could cause issues.
