Passionate, caring and trained pet sitter

Hello! My name is Rose, I am a 19 years-old French student at the University of Glasgow. I am very passionate about animals. Having grown with them, I started to volunteer for animals shelter as soon as I was able to. This experience was not only enriching but also enabled me to grow in the dogs and cats' care domain as I received trainings certificates from it. As an international student, I was not able to bring my pets with me and this is the reason why I am trying to find opportunities to continue being surrounded by animals. I would be very much pleased to have the opportunity to care for your animal. Go on stimulating walks, play with them, even read them stories, as long as they can have a good time while you are away :). As a student in an accommodation, my services are limited to outside walks or day and night care at the pet's house. Additionally as a first year student, my schedule is very flexible, I can be available most days, all day, except on Mondays and Thursdays mornings.

I would be available every day, almost all day with some changes from time to time. My best availability would be in the afternoons and during the weekends starting Friday. Depending on the different needs of each dog, a As a first year university student at the University of Glasgow, I have a very flexible schedule. I would be available every day, almost all day with some changes from time to time. My best availability would be in the afternoons and during the weekends starting Friday. typical day would include a walk to the dog park or nearby parks (ranging from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours). If the dog is playful, we could play fetch with a ball or a stick. I volunteered in several shelters for the past 4 years. I was able to learn how to administer medications and care deeply for cats and dogs. I notably received an AX1 and AX2 certificates, which ensure my theoretical and practical knowledge in dogs. On the other hand I also have owned several cats and a dog throughout my life, enforcing my personal experience as well. Living in a student accommodation, my home will not be suitable for any house sitting unfortunately. However I live near large green areas in which I could easily take your dogs for long and stimulating walks.
