About Emma
I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and I’m currently the proud cat mum of five — each with their own unique personality, from cuddly and calm to playful and mischievous!
I also regularly help care for my dad’s sausage dog, Molly — a sweet little character who loves her walks and cuddles. Looking after her has given me valuable experience with dogs as well, especially small breeds.
Whether it’s cats, dogs, or both, I’m confident, loving, and fully committed to giving pets the care and attention they deserve. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’ll always treat them with the same care I give my own.
I currently work part-time in an office just three days a week (Tues, Wed & Thurs) which means I have lots of availability during the rest of the week — including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I plan my days with care and flexibility, so I’m able to give each pet my full attention without rushing.
Whether it’s a drop-in visit, dog walk, or longer sitting session, I always make sure your pet’s care is a top priority in my day. Having a lighter schedule also means I can be more present, responsive, and available for any updates or last-minute changes.
At home, my five cats are treated like family. I give them lots of love, attention, playtime, and a calm environment where they feel safe and secure. I’m very in tune with their needs — whether it’s quiet time, cuddles, or a bit of space — and I always keep a clean, cosy environment with fresh food, water, and routine.
When I’m in a pet owner’s home, I treat it with the same care and respect I do my own. I follow any instructions closely, stick to the pet’s normal routine, and make sure they feel relaxed and comfortable in their space. I keep the home tidy, stay calm and patient, and always communicate with the owner for updates or questions. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness is always my top priority — whether they’re in my home or theirs.
I tailor activities to each pet’s personality! Dogs enjoy fun walks, playtime, and cuddles etc.
Please let me know your pet’s routine, behaviour, any medical needs, likes/dislikes, fears or triggers, and anything else that helps me care for them confidently.

I live in a calm, cosy home with plenty of space for your dog to relax. There’s a secure garden for safe playtime, and I only take a small number of dogs at a time to give each one lots of love and attention. I treat all pets like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and at ease. Whether your dog loves cuddles on the sofa or quiet naps in a sunny spot, they’ll be well cared for here. I have 5 cats in my house however if doggy daycare was required I am able to keep the cats in a separate part of the house.
