Diana was very polite and my dog (Dora) loved her. Diana sent me pictures and videos throughout the day, constant updates, was very on point by asking me questions to ensure Dora was ok. Dora was happy spending her time with Diana and she also came back a very happy dog. Will use again !

Diana was flexible on pick up and drop off times and Achouffe came home seeming very happy!

In a nutshell, book with Diana and you and your dog will be happy and relaxed. Diana and her family did an amazing job with Fionn, who was so well cared for. Diana is kind, considerate, thoughtful, intuitive, calm, very dog centred and focused on meeting Fionn’s needs. It was evident from the initial meeting that Diana and her family would provide a safe and caring environment for Fionn, which they did brilliantly. Diana, kept in close contact whilst we were away, providing regular updates, pictures and videos, including videos of the new tricks Fionn learnt. Fionn is anxious outside of the house due to being attacked and chased out of a park onto busy roads, when he was just 4 months old. Diana and her family managed Fionn’s anxiety in a kind, appropriate and loving way and helped develop his confidence further and provided insightful / helpful feedback to us too. I really would recommend Diana for the dog services she provides - just don’t take the slots Fionn wants :-) as we will definitely use her again!
