About Charlotte

Hi owners, I am a 23 year old female living in a flat in Manchester City centre. I moved from Kent 2 years ago where I looked after my black Labrador. I miss him lots and would love to have another dog to treat and look after. Because I’m still young and plan to go travelling in a few years adopting a dog isn’t possible. I live in a flat with no garden and one other female (25 years old) so there’s no garden and small dogs are probably better. In the building there are other owners with both big and small dogs so it is a pet friendly place. I used to dog sit a lot back in Kent for a couple of dog owners. 2 grey hounds and 1 jack Russell Terrier. One of grey hounds and the Jack Russell were rescue dogs and my Labrador (Buddy) also has depression anxiety so, Iv looked after hard working dogs that have needed a lot of TLC which I loved myself. Because of this Iv learnt that some dogs are nervous and take time to trust. I also have helped at a doggy daycare company ran by some friends so I have lots of experience. Overall, I’m not qualified but I’m someone who loves dogs and would much rather spend my time with dogs than people. I work Monday - Friday 8:30-5 so I am not available from from about 7:30-5:30 during the week and then when I get home I go to the gym for an hour. But I am available Friday nights - Sunday nights anytime of the day. So for anyone who wants a short weekend away I am best for that. I try to go for walks on the weekend so that I’m not stuck in the flat and so of course it will be lovely to have a dog to join:) I used to dog sit a lot back in Kent for a couple of dog owners. 2 grey hounds and 1 jack Russell Terrier. Overall, I’m not qualified but I’m someone who loves dogs and would much rather spend my time with dogs than people. There’s no children. Just myself and another female. There’s no garden but there is a balcony. I live in the 4th flour. Dogs will be allowed on the sofa and they can sleep on my bed at night. There’s no rules really as I want them to feel comfortable and at home as much as possible. There’s a little grass patch outside for toilet breaks and a park nearby which I can take them to so they can explore
