About Yeanolia
My background:
Hello everyone. I’m Yeanolia, which is pronounced yuh-know-Leah, and rhymes with magnolia if that helps. My love of animals has brought me to this site. I have always had a close bond with them, especially dogs, since I had grown up with my grandma’s. He was a shih tzu and pug mix, which you can imagine was extremely cute. I became a dog sitter in May 2021, so I have a bit of experience. It secretly started as a way to persuade my mum to let me get a dog of my own, and it worked! I now have a small dog called Bazzle, who is half pug and Lhasa apso, and has been part of our family since 4th April 2022.
Why I Want To Care for Your Pet:
I think we can all agree, that animals really help to lift our spirits. Whether that be from the funny way they sit, to their cute round eyes, or even the guilty look they give you after doing something they know they weren’t supposed to do. Pets are truly a joy to be around and that’s why I’m happiest looking after them and seeing all their personalities. I can ensure you can put your trust in me as I have a lot of patience and resilience, making me able to look after a range of temperaments; whether it be shy or outgoing, or inquisitive or aloof.
What Can I Provide:
Firstly, I have experience with a range of different breeds, sizes and ages. I have cared for 34 different pets, with many returning multiple times. For example, I have cared for dogs aged 8 weeks all the way to a 12-year-old senior, a tiny Yorkshire terrier to a large Australian shepherd, a boisterous vizsla and springer mix to an easy-going elderly whippet. I’ll make sure to follow your dog’s routine to keep them comfortable (even if it includes waking up at 6am for a morning walk). Additionally, I allow pets on furniture so there will be plenty of snuggles and cozy time, whilst we watch Netflix together. I have a moderately sized garden, with a large fence and grass, for your dog to run around in or have bathroom breaks. Luckily, I live in an area with plenty of grassy fields, where I’ll be able to go on walks and play games with your pet. I promise to give the best care possible and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable in my company.
Pets I cannot accept:
1. Due to previous experiences, I cannot look after pets that excessively cry/bark. I have neighbours, so the noise is unacceptable and also can become overwhelming for me.
2. Bad oral health
