About Samantha
I’ve had a lifelong passion for caring for animals. Growing up, I raised and trained four dogs from puppies, providing them with the love and attention they needed to thrive. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs requiring specialised care.
Currently, I care for my 13-year-old Shih Tzu, Lily, in my flat in London. She’s a loving and well-behaved companion who has taught me so much about understanding the unique needs of senior pets, including administering medications and creating a comfortable environment for them.
I do not have a garden however I have a big balcony that is ideal for dogs to soak some sun and get fresh air at any time as warmer weather comes our way! The balcony is secure with railings all around providing safety. I will also never leave your pet unsupervised on the balcony.
Lily has also been a mum to three puppies, which I cared for from the day they were born. During their first few weeks, Lily experienced complications and couldn’t care for her puppies. I stepped in, bottle-feeding them and providing round-the-clock care to ensure they thrived. This experience deepened my understanding of newborn puppy care and the dedication it requires.
In addition to dogs, I’ve cared for rabbits and hamsters as my own pets, and I’ve helped care for the pets of family and friends. No matter the pet, I always provide personalised care and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My goal is to treat every animal as if they were my own, meeting their needs with patience, kindness, and dedication.
As someone who works from home, I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate my full attention to the pets in my care. My friend and flatmate, Anvi, also works from home, meaning one or both of us will always be present to ensure your pet feels loved, safe, and well-cared for.
I’m highly adaptable and happy to follow your pet’s existing routine, whether it’s specific feeding times, walks, play sessions, or quiet moments for relaxation. My goal is to replicate the care and environment they’re used to, so they feel comfortable and at home.
With two experienced animal lovers on hand and a flexible schedule, your pet will always have the care and attention they need.

Daily routines are adapted to your dog’s needs, however I usually start the day with a first walk and fresh water. Then depending on your dog’s feeding schedule, possibly feeding time. As the day goes by we will make sure that your dog gets enough exercise as they need by going to the local park and going on longer walks. We will play fetch or any games that your dog likes to play at the park. Throughout the day I am here to give your dog the affection they need, especially in the evenings when we start to settle down.
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I treat every animal I care for as if they were my own, ensuring they feel secure and loved in a nurturing environment.
If your pet will be boarding at my home, I will create a comfortable space where they feel at ease. I have a friendly dog of my own, Lily, and it’s important to me that your pet gets along well with small dogs. I always make sure there’s a gradual and positive introduction to ensure they feel safe.
When caring for your pet at your home, I follow your instructions carefully, maintaining the routine your pet is used to so they feel right at home.
I also take safety seriously when on walks. I go to the park once to twice a day with Lily for exercise, and I leave her off-lead in an enclosed park, where she can run freely. If your dog is used to off-lead play, I will ensure they are safe and secure while enjoying their time outdoors.
You can trust that your pet will receive exceptional care in a secure and loving environment, whether at my home or yours.
