Hi! I'm Carly. I'm an Australian 4th year student currently studying History at the University of Edinburgh. My schedule allows me to have a flexible timetable ideal for minding pets and walking dogs during the daytime as well as the evenings.
I love dogs so much and am very much a dog person. Sadly, as a student I can't really have my own right now but will love and care for your dog/s if you need!
I have always grown up with dogs and have had several dogs as pets in my life. I am used to dogs of all sizes and know how to interact well with more nervous types as well. I have experience looking after various pets both professionally and for friends, and have fully enjoyed these experiences.
I am happy to offer dog walking as my schedule allows and am also happy to house sit or keep anxious dogs company at their own homes.
When it comes to petsitting at my place, I welcome keeping a small dog at my flat on occasion, but not for long periods as the space is rather small, and I will only look after fully-housetrained pets (no puppy pads please). Regardless, I understand how outside time is important for dogs and humans alike! I live near several parks, as well as a small woods, and can walk them along the Water of Leith so they would not be cooped up by any means. On average, I take the dogs out three times a day: two small walks in the morning and evening, and a long walk at midday (one hour minimum). You can view both pictures of my apartment space as well as pictures of the surrounding area where I walk the dogs in the photo gallery on my profile.
I look forward to hearing from you!
