About charlotte
After being a dog sitter for 7 months so far during my second year at Plymouth University, I would describe myself as an experienced dog sitter with a love for dogs and a passion for taking care of them. As the daughter of a veterinary professional, animals have always played a big role in my life. I have spent time working at a veterinary surgery taking care of patients of a range of ages and backgrounds. During my time so far as a private dog sitter, I have cared for dogs of various breeds, personalities, health requirements, ages and sizes. I offer overnight boarding and daycare at my address, as well as walking and house sitting around the PL4 postcode.
I live in a flat on the first floor, and do not have access to a fenced back garden. However, the front garden is a large area of grass suitable for supervised roaming/ toilet breaks, and I live very close to Freedom Fields and Beaumont Park, two large gated parks ideal for dog walking. There are some stairs up to the flat, so large dogs with arthritis/mobility issues aren’t suitable to stay.
Although I am a student, I can attend lectures online and if required can stay with a pet 24 hours a day. I do not work, and have a very flexible schedule.
I have no pets, no children, and am a non-smoking household. As stated previously, no fenced garden but a large front garden for supervised toilet breaks.
I need to know if your dog has any special needs/requirements, whether they are medical or behavioural. Also let me know if they’re good with other dogs, and if they’re allowed off lead. Additionally, pets must be flea and worm treated.
