“Pauline was wonderful with Tia, it was our first time not using a kennel and after this experience I doubt I will go back. Pauline provided daily updates and pictures / videos, allowed Tia to be herself and really embedded her within her family. “Juvern recently looked after our two large dogs for a week, and we were impressed with her care. Our older dog is well-behaved, while the younger one is quite exuberant and requires lots of exercise. From the initial meet-up, Juvern was thorough and asked all the right questions to understand their needs and routines. Throughout the week, she consistently kept us updated with pictures and summaries of their activities. This communication made us feel completely at ease while we were on holiday. Juvern’s ability to handle both our dogs, providing them with the necessary exercise and attention, was outstanding. We returned to two very happy and well-cared-for pets.
