Throughout Piku’s stay, Carys treated her like her own dog, providing daily updates on her well-being, sending pictures, and ensuring she received her walks and the attention she needed. Her thoughtful approach gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our time away, knowing that Piku was in excellent hands. When we picked Piku up, it was evident that she had formed a strong bond with Carys —she was a little sad to leave. This level of affection and care speaks volumes about the quality of service she provides. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful sitter for Piku and will undoubtedly reach out to Carys again for future stays. Highly recommended!”
