It was clear she truly cared about his well-being. What really stood out was her compassionate approach. Even when things didn’t go perfectly (as they sometimes don’t with dogs!), she responded with patience, understanding and genuine care. Her support made a stressful time so much easier, and we returned to a happy, relaxed pup. She honestly went above and beyond. We’re so grateful to have found someone so dedicated — we’ll absolutely be booking with her again!”
